Peoples Trust & Savings Bank has offered Trust Services through its Trust Department for more than 50 years.

One of our largest trusts, the Christian Science Society of Boonville Irrevocable Trust, was established in 1994 to distribute all or part of its net income to not-for-profit charitable, civic, educational or community organizations in Warrick County or which serve Warrick County residents for non-denominational, non-medical Christian purposes, including those that administer to the needs of those less fortunate in Warrick County. In order to qualify, a letter of solicitation, a copy of 501(c)(3), a copy of your most recent tax return and your most recent financial statement must be received by Peoples Trust & Savings Bank Trust Department by March 15th or September 15th for donations given in April and November.

The following types or trust services are available:

• Estate Administration

• Guardian of the Estate (Minimum of $100,000 in assets)

• Irrevocable Trusts (Minimum of $10,000 in assets)

• Trust under Will (Minimum of $10,000 in assets)

• Trust under Agreement (Minimum of $10,000 in assets)

• Cemetery Trusts (Minimum of $5,000 in assets)

• Funeral Trusts (Minimum of 10,000 in assets)
